Cancelling and Rescheduling

CONSULTATION FEE: If your service requires a consultation to book, the consultation must be booked/set up prior to services and the $25 fee must be paid on the site. Consultation fees are non-refundable but go towards your services should you choose to move forward after consultation. If you book a service that requires a consultation without booking a consultation first, it will be cancelled. If you book a consultation and don't move forward with services, your fee and consultation are no longer valid and you will need to book another to move forward.

RETAINER FEE(upfront fees for booking/services): There is a $25 retainer for all SYNTHETIC BRAIDS services. For all loc installs, reattachments and extensions, the fee is 25% of costs. Once services are booked and retainer is paid, you will receive instructions to pay the correlating fees. Please be sure to provide an active, working email and/or phone number upon booking.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept ZELLE, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, CREDIT CARD and CASH. Cash will not be accepted for consultation fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP OR ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT NOT MENTIONED ABOVE. Please be sure to have the proper form of payment available before your appointment.
